Technical Note
Construction at the Visitor Center has cut power to the cam computer, but we expect it to be restored on Wednesday.
The Eaglet-Naming Contest has ended. We'll be announcing the winners once our judges make their selections.
Its getting difficult to get a pic of all 3 together as there getting pretty big
I've hunted this all day long! ... Don't ask, who is who here.
They have been called Discovery, Atlantis and Endeavour probably after the names of some of the American space shuttles, one of which which I think makes the final launch soon .... apparently they have been flying now for 30 years ...... it doesnt seem that long Lets hope when these 3 launch they last 30 years

A piece of plastic tape has apparently come loose and is at times blocking the view from the camera. With the Eaglets being so close to flying it has not been possible for this tape tp be removed
The Center for Conservation Biology : Rare 4-Chick Bald Eagle Nest in Virginia
A very rare 4-chick eagle brood has been discovered on the latest round of the CCB eagle survey. The pair are nesting in the Hopewell Virginia area. There have been only two other 4-chick broods ever recorded anywhere, and its the first ever for Virginia.

Think we can see all 3 on this pic ....
Yes robbo think we do , inspite of that tape. These pics are taken today and yesterday.
