Dyfi ilmoitti eilen rengastuksesta tällä viikolla. Se tapahtunee ilmeisesti perjantaina ja poikasten renkaat ovat KA1, KA2 ja KA3. Poikaset nimetään ja rengastusvideo julkaistaan rengastuksen jälkeen.

Ringing week this week folks, most of the Welsh chicks will be ringed this week.

We aim to do our birds Friday, they will be ringed KA1, KA2 and KA3.

We will name our birds after Welsh rivers as normal with volunteer Posh Pete doing the pronunciation test first.

As usual, we will make a quick video of the ringing so you can see how we do it.

Many thanks to these two ladies who we've just accosted in the DOP Cafe to show off this year's rings. A career on the QVC Channel beckons...

Poikaset rengastettiin aamulla. Virallinen video on tulossa myöhemmin. Pesässä on naaras ja kaksi urosta:
BERTHYN - 1st chick, female, 1,790g Blue KA1
PERIS - 2nd chicks, male, 1,370g Blue KA2
HESGYN - 3rd chick, male, 1,330g Blue KA3
