Loch Garten, Scotland 2012

Poikaset ovat saanet jo pari kertaa syötävää, mutta kyllä ruuan tulo kyllä kesti! Mukava pesä kun on äänet.
EJ was calling Odin, but o'boy! - Odin seems to need now some rest! And to earn it also.
But what is this? Has he still gone to fish, or is he now on the night branch?
Three Babies since yesterday and happy news: Saru in finnish page tells, that the smallest is growing just in the eyes! - may this continue!
Lovely morning.
All together, Odin having his supper in the nest.

Feeding with some leftover fish..
Odin brought new fish.
Only once I saw the smallest chick get fish.. on the other hand: From this nest all chicks have fledged in good shape... since 2009 what I have seen.

There was a cuckoo with loudly voice, the middle one raised the head up looking at Mom: what's this, is it ok? Mom ignored, that means nothing to be worried of. So he stayed to nap again.
10 days later: look at how big we are! ~ Do you guess, what we are looking for so carefully?
The osprey statistics site is http://www.imagicat.com/LGstats2012.html
Thank you, Tiger_mz very much for updated and so fine and clear stats!
So we really have not three chicks any more here - but very happily however two strong healthy fledged young ospreys. That's great.
